There Has To Be More

Have you found treasure?

Have you experienced the life, grace, and mercy given without measure?

Let me tell you first that it ain't about the pleasure, but eternal inheritance that's much much better!

There has to be more than going to church

Feasting abundantly with knowledge and convenience while we sit on a perch

Are we digging deep and working out faith with fear and trembling?

Or are we sitting and relaxing not knowing that Jesus promised his second coming?

Come on now, I'm talking to my soul, we were made to be more than conquerors

Live and love in that truth, for we are more than wanderers

We are His chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people of his own possession

This is why he chose to take our transgression

We have a purpose, just one

To stand upon grace and,announce our claim as we run!

The gospel, the good news, it's more than a story

It is God's redemption plan to restore his glory

Take hold, I pray. Cry out on bended knees

For he's the only one that can calm the seas.

For there has to be more

For it was sin and death Jesus bore

See his heart, know his mind- that's the core.

It was for you and for me, I'm telling you we were made for more.

So I ask the father in heaven that he would ultimately be the only one we adore.
