“To win the fight, you’ve got to have the right strategy and the right resources, because victories don’t come by accident.”

War Room is a Christian movie ( 2015) that hinges off of the verse Matthew 6:6 where Jesus said, “But when you pray, go into your room and shut the door and pray to your Father who is in secret. And your Father who sees in secret will reward you.” Miss Clara, a seasoned Christian, has such a deep and intimate relationship with God and has practiced over many years powerfully praying in her closet. She plans to sell her house and move in with her son and she encounters a real estate agent who happens to be going through a rough time in her marriage. As the story unfold, Miss Clara teaches Elizabeth how to read the bible and how to fight the right way: prayer. Rather than fighting her husband and arguing, submitting to God and praying for him, her daughter, etc. through the word begins to transform her life. She was one of anxiety, worry, and fear. Now, she is one of faith, trust, and patience and constantly goes to God in prayer. It's kind of cheesy, they try to hard with the dad jokes, but I loved them !

This movie has inspired me to start a prayer warrior habit of praying for people in a way that is far more powerful than any of my words may have: God's words.

It's been pretty cool to see God answer prayers and to see how praying God's word over people has transformed how and what I pray for! It not only helps me prayer for people, but also helps me check up on people and see how God's mighty hand is at work! Answered or unanswered, God is still so good and His word is true and still so good!

This is the format and would recommend trying it out :)
